Truesource Marketing works in the field of Public Relations to help represent people working in various fields of the entertainment industry. We active agents and representatives that work on the behalf of entertainers in the various industries such as publishing, film, television, artistic creation, and music.  At Truesource Marketing we call our representatives Client Service Agents. A CSA a third party contractor for the representation of one of our entertainers such an author, musician, actor, producer, director or artist.  A CSA  does marketing, editing, contract negotiation, and anything related to public relations  for our client and their product in the entertainment field that they may produce work in. A CSA is the one member of our staff that represents you and your product to the world while helping make you and the product success within its industry.  A CSA can work alone or on a team to help facilitate the success of an entertainer and their work. The pay scale for a CSA is based on the standards of salary for agents of representation, a percentage of what the entertainer earns. Our percentage of earnings is between 10% and 15%. Every industry is different is their percentage of earnings. The publishing industry usually receives 15% while other industries receive 10% of the client earnings.
